We collect supporting sportsmen(s) first and last name, and state of
residency to provide targeted list to our representatives use at state
hearings on catfish conservation issues. We are required to capture
that you are a recreational catfishermen on the petition. Your
e-mail address will be used to provide reports on success of these
initiatives, and locations that representatives will attend. If
you do not wish to receive these updates, there will be an option to
remove yourself from the distribution, and you will be immediately

Distribution Notice:
Prior to the petition being used in official action,
an e-mail will be dispatched 72 hours prior to the
petitions use giving members the opportunity to withdraw
their name. The petition statement will be
examined routinely and modified to ensure it is as clear
and concise as possible.
